Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer: 

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US.
  • Standard: 5-8 business days in the US.

Processing time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our processing time is calculated in business days: 

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) 
  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (stickers, mugs, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. 

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods via the contact form, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

There are some products that we’ll ship separately due to packaging differences.

These products are: mugs, stickers, backpacks, snapback hats.

Yes, that’s true! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue.

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Wrong size: If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
